Italy's twice MotoGP world champion
Francesco Bagnaia expressed delight after coming off better in a
remarkable duel with Marc Márquez to win Sunday's Spanish Grand
Prix.
The Ducati factory team rider triumphed in the tussle for his
second Grand Prix victory of 2024 after championship leader
Jorge Martin crashed out 15 laps before the end when he was in
first place.
"I really enjoyed fighting with Marc. It was beautiful," Bagnaia
said.
"I want to thank everyone. It was an incredible performance".
Bagnaia is second in the riders' standings with 75 points, 17
behind Ducati Prima Pramac Racing's Martin.
