(ANSA) - ROME, SEP 26 - American ace Xander Schauffele said
his first tee shot on his first practice round for Italy's first
Ryder Cup this weekend had been beautiful Tuesday.
"I'm super psyched to be here for the Ryder Cup, it's the first
time in Italy," the two-time second placer in the US Open and
Masters told a press conference by Team USA at the Marco Simone
Golf & Country Club just outside the Italian capital.
"I've never played overseas before: the fans are fantastic, the
first tee shot was beautiful. The Marco Simone is different from
any other course I've ever played on". (ANSA).
