(ANSA) - ROME, FEB 15 - The proportion of Italy's
ordinary-ward hospital places taken up by COVID-19 patients has
fallen by one percentage point to 24%, the national agency of
regional health services, AGENAS, said on Tuesday.
The agency said the proportion had fallen in six regions in the
last 24-hour period and risen in five.
It said the proportion of Italian intensive-care beds occupied
by coronavirus patients was stable at 12%.
It said this proportion has increased in seven regions but
fallen in five.
It said Fruili Venezia Giulia and Lazio had the highest ICU
COVID occupancy rates at 19%. (ANSA).
