(ANSA) - ROME, FEB 15 - An Italian anti-vaxxer refused
treatment in a Rome hospital and kicked a nurse last Friday,
local daily Il Messaggero said Monday.
The incident happened at the San Camillo Hospital in the Italian
capital.
The patient had been admitted for COVID-19 and his condition had
worsened, the paper said.
The nurse suffered injuries that would take 10 days to heal,
doctors said.
Health Minister Roberto Speranza and Lazio Governor Nicola
Zingaretti were among those who voiced solidarity with the
nurse. (ANSA).
