Lazio made sure they finished second in Serie A when they won 2-0 at Empoli in the last game of the season on Saturday thanks to goals to Alessio Romagnoli and Luis Alberto.
Inter, meanwhile, have finished third after beating Torino 1-0 away in their last game before they take on Manchester City in next Saturday's Champions League final.
Marcelo Brozovic scored the winning goal for Simone Inzaghi's side.
Champions Napoli are set to stage a big party celebrating their title victory when they face relegated bottom side Sampdoria at home later on Sunday.
AC Milan are sure to finish fourth and take Italy's last Champions League slot ahead of their clash with third-bottom Hellas Verona.
Verona re looking for a win to leapfrog fourth-bottom Spezia and climb out of the relegation zone on the last day of the Serie A season.
Spezia visit sixth-placed AS Roma, who need a win to make sure they qualify for next season's Europa League, having lost the final of that competition to Sevilla on penalties on Wednesday.
