Ukraine: 'US and Kosovo alongside Kyiv, Russia a threat'
US ambassador to Pristina, Europe's security in danger

(ANSA) - PRISTINA, FEB 1 - The US and Kosovo are both at
Ukraine's side, committed to supporting its sovereignty and
territorial integrity, said today US Ambassador to Pristina Jeff
Hovenier, underlining that Russia endangers the security
interests of Europe and the US.
"Russia's threat to Ukraine is a threat to democratic values everywhere," the diplomat said in a statement published on the website of the US Embassy in Pristina.
"Americans and Kosovars must stand together with Ukraine to ensure a free and stable Europe, in the interest of democratic peoples, whether they are Americans, Kosovars, or from other parts of the world," added the ambassador. "We stand with our allies and partners in support of European cohesion, to strengthen transatlantic relations and consolidate democratic institutions." (ANSA).
